Our client, a leading provider of knowledge and resources for education leaders across the UK, is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Designer / Content Producer to join their team. The role works amongst a supportive and collaborative team who work hybrid, and travel to the London office 2-3 days per month. Benefits: Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 depending on skills/experience Location: London (hybrid, min. 2-3 days/month in office) Holiday: Generous holiday allowance bank holidays Flexible working hours Enhanced maternity pay Free breakfast, fruit, and drinks Regular social events and much more Must-haves: Strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, or event production, preferably within the education / edtech / professional learning / teacher training space or a related sector Experience in designing blended learning, cohort-based courses Proficiency in digital learning tools, video conferencing, and multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Mentimeter) Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills Strong project management abilities, able to juggle multiple priorities About You: The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a collaborative, proactive approach. If you have experience in education or have designed CPD training for teachers or the education sector, that's a definite plus The Role: As a Learning Designer, you will create engaging and immersive cohort-based courses for school leaders, focusing on topics like finance, budgeting, people management, and working with parents and governors. You will source expert trainers, develop multimedia-rich content, and host live classes, ensuring a high-quality, impactful learning experience.
