I am working with a leading group of quick service restaurants who are taking the UK by storm. With multiple locations across the UK, they pride themselves on high-quality food, outstanding customer service, and our commitment to providing a phenomenal quick service restaurant experience.
I am looking to speak to experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join this growing people team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the growing business.
Key Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager:
1. Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of the business need.
2. Lead the internal recruitment team.
3. Identify and attract potential candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events.
4. Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
5. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and are set up for success from day one.
6. Enhance the employer brand by promoting the company culture, values, and opportunities through various marketing initiatives.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
8. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local labour laws and company policies.
The Right Talent Acquisition Manager:
9. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality or quick service restaurant industry.
10. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
12. Proficiency with ATS and other HR software.
13. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
14. High level of professionalism and integrity.
