Overview
Zetter Hotels is seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will play a crucial role in achieving KPIs and exceeding budget targets. This exciting opportunity will allow you to proactively manage and develop sales within the local corporate market as well as within the leisure/MICE segments, driving revenue across our three existing properties. Simultaneously, you will contribute to the overall success of Zetter Hotels while raising brand awareness and developing a robust pipeline of potential clients for our upcoming property, Zetter Bloomsbury, slated to open at the end of 2025. Working closely with the Head of Sales and Marketing, you will implement successful sales strategies and achieve ambitious company goals.
Responsibilities
* Account Management: development and execution of comprehensive account management plans for both existing and newly acquired accounts.
* Business Development: proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Negotiation: negotiation and renewal of client contracts, including RFP process, ensuring timely and accurate rate loading for all services.
* Client Relationships: building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and proactive engagement.
* Client Engagement: conducting on-site inspections, regular review meetings and on-property entertainment.
* Customer Service: providing exceptional customer service is paramount, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
* Industry Presence: active participation in industry events and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and network with potential clients.
* Marketing Contributions: planning and execution of various in-house marketing activities to support sales and business development efforts.
* Sales Reporting & Market Analysis: preparation of comprehensive sales reports and the ongoing analysis of market trends to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly, as well as maintenance of accurate sales records and CRM data to track progress
Requirements
* Prior experience in proactive sales, ideally from the hospitality sector
* Proven technical knowledge: CRM, Event management system, PMS, Office,…
* Strong organisational & planning skills
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Natural at sales, motivated with a proactive attitude.
* Be an ambassador, proudly representing our brand, embodying our values and commitment to our teams.
