The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of a professional and robust recruitment service in line with our values (Straightforward, Respectful and Ambitious) and our business objectives. Working with the Head of People and wider People Team, this role will manage recruitment related activity with a focus on delivering solutions that attract the best talent across a variety of legal and business support areas.
Why you'll love this role:
1. You will be responsible for reviewing and improving our current recruitment processes to ensure all of our candidates have a great experience from end to end;
2. Have the chance to lead and manage the implementation of a new recruitment module within the Firm's current HRIS;
3. Provide expert knowledge to the Director of People and Head of People around recruitment-focused project work identified within the People Strategy and roadmap;
4. You will work closely with the wider People Team, particularly our People Advisors and hiring managers to define role and department requirements which will include creating job descriptions and developing effective sourcing strategies.
We are looking for someone who has:
1. Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within a professional services or the legal sector;
2. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including diversity and inclusion;
3. A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail;
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build sound relationships with all levels of candidates and key stakeholders/team members.
