Online Sales Executive
Hours: 8:30 – 17:30 | As a busy online retailer, our client are open 7 days a week so weekend work will be required on a rota basis
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum

Due to continued growth and expansion we are currently looking to recruit an Online Sales Executive to join our client based in Ashbourne on a permanent basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Convert client product inquiries into successful sales.
* Generate and manage leads and sales through email, live chat, and telephone communication.
* Respond to customer inquiries by providing detailed information about products and services.
* Process payments, negotiate sales, and confirm customer orders.
* Provide after-sales support by managing customer returns and transforming them into positive outcomes for future purchases.
* Make recommendations to management regarding sales strategies to align with current market trends.
* Collaborate with relevant internal departments to coordinate sales activities effectively.
Experience and Skills:
* Proven experience in sales, ideally in an online environment.
* A strong drive to succeed, with a keen willingness to learn and grow professionally while consistently exceeding customer expectations.
* Demonstrated ability to meet and report on performance against set KPIs.
* Experience in working collaboratively with multiple departments within a company.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a dynamic sales environment.
* Experience with luxury goods is a plus but not essential
