* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a consultative and value-driven approach.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.
The Requirements:
* 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, ConTech, or related industries.
* A track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
* Self-motivated and driven, with a passion for technology and business growth.
The Package:
* Base Salary: Competitive, with a strong OTE and uncapped commission potential.
* Hybrid working with a Dublin base.
