Our venue offers world-class facilities for high-profile conferences, conventions, exhibitions, awards dinners and corporate events for up to 2,500 delegates, hosting more than 380 national and international events every year. We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and outgoing Sales Executive to join our Sales team. As a Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in our team, handling customer requests and enquiries promptly and efficiently. You'll be responsible for approaching every sales opportunity with a positive attitude, in order to maximize sales and revenue to meet the venue's sales objectives, while delivering outstanding service to our valued customers and clients. More about the role: Proactively process enquiries for a number of events and to actively work as part of the sales team to increase and enhance revenues achieving overall targets. Conducting reactive sales activities including responding to telephone and e-mail enquiries Proactively sell the facilities by various techniques and always aiming to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations. Consistently ensure the highest standards of accurate and timely customer, staff and management information. Develop client, venue and internal relationships through knowledgeable and effective enquiry handling Ensuring high level of conversion of bookings to achieve and exceed targets set. Work with event planners effectively in order to provide a seamless handover for final event details.
