My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Head Chef for one of their independent school contracts in Oxford.
For this Head Chef role, you will need to have:
1. A background in contract catering at a Head Chef level
2. Experience managing a BOH team
3. Strong understanding of food, allergens and health & safety
4. Financial understanding in terms of costs, P&L and budgeting
5. A passion for working with fresh, seasonal produce
All candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar position within the last year and be from a contract catering background.
