We’re looking for a talented, driven Sous Chef to support Head Chef, Ben Mathias, in delivering consistently exceptional food at The Priory. With a focus on seasonality, quality, and precision, you'll help lead the team through busy services, special events, and everything in between.
What You’ll Do
* Support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen leadership
* Run smooth, efficient services with a calm and focused approach
* Lead and develop junior chefs, fostering a culture of high standards and teamwork
* Help shape menus, daily specials, and supplier relationships
* Maintain exceptional food safety, hygiene, and organisational standards
