Sous Chef We are looking for a proven, enthusiastic and hardworking Sous Chef to join our team. You must be passionate about working with local suppliers and producing fresh and seasonal dishes to a Rosette standard. Core responsibilities will include ensuring all kitchen operations and activities are carried out in full compliance with the company’s operating standards and procedures, and the Head Chef’s instructions. You will work in conjunction with other Chefs, providing clear and consistent direction to the wider team. You are expected to effectively manage your team in the absence of our Group Head Chef.
