Your Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen team through high-volume, fine-dining service Design and execute seasonal, high-quality menus in line with event standards Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including prep, service, hygiene, and compliance Maintain strict stock control and cost management Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional food, even under tight timelines Foster a supportive, high-performance kitchen culture What We’re Looking For ✅ Minimum 3 years’ experience in a senior chef role within fine dining or premium events ✅ Proven leadership in fast-paced, high-end environments ✅ Strong understanding of HACCP, food safety, and allergen protocols ✅ Able to manage multiple menus and service styles (e.g, à la carte, canapés, plated banquets) ✅ Hands-on approach and passion for quality ✅ Must have access to transport (no public transport available) ✅ Must live within a commutable distance (within 1 hour of Stokenchurch – no fuel allowance provided) ✅ Availability to work 90% or more of the following dates is essential: May: 28th, 29th, 31st | June: 1st, 6th–7th, 12th–15th, 19th–21st, 26th–30th | July: 1st, 3rd–6th, 8th–10th, 12th–13th, 15th, 18th–22nd What’s in It for You?
