Provide primary user support and customer service, responding to queries from calls, portal, emails, chats, and maintaining a scorecard with respect to TAT, SLA & hits.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Respond to queries from all channels
o Become familiar with clients and their applications/processes
o Learn fundamental operations of commonly-used software, hardware, and equipment
o Follow standard service desk procedures and log tickets accurately
o Manage queries and escalate if not resolved
o Be customer-focused
o Hands-on experience with ZenDesk
o Familiar with iOS and MacOS X
o Experience in helping others
