Role & Responsibilities:
Reconnect with dormant clients by telephone and email.
Proactively generate leads through outbound sales calls and emails.
Pass warm leads to the Business Development Manager for conversion
Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers
Handle inbound sales inquiries and provide tailored solutions
Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Work towards and achieve sales targets and KPI's.
Required Skills & Experience:
(Preferred) Sales experience in transport or pallet network distribution.
Strong communication and people skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Ability to manage outbound sales calls to dormant clients.
Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Professional and personable telephone manner.
