This independent restaurant and bar in the heart of Liverpool city centre are looking to recruit a head chef to head up the team of talented chefs serving a modern, small plates style menu, with a nod towards the traditional tapas style of food, produced in a very interesting and modern style.
Serving an AA & Michelin accredited all day menu all from fresh, in a lovely setting with a team of 12-13 chefs, and a very strong central office support set up.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
* A keen eye for detail, and a passion for your craft
* Experience working in a fast-paced fresh food led kitchen
* Experience working within a similar independent casual dining venue
* Experience running service to high standards, and being always in tune with your team
* Spot on knowledge of stock control, costings and menu planning
* Understanding of the latest allergen, H&S & haccp procedures and regulations
