Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for aRetail Training Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Job Description:
1. You will be responsible for retail training strategy planning, execution, and management for UK Business.
2. Based on business strategy and demand, developing product training plan, making the special training plan for different KA.
3. Developing product training materials according to the needs of the Retail team, such as creative videos and product KV pictures and other materials.
4. Managing the training team, certification, and organizing, training country TTT (train the trainer).
5. Managing Online learning platform, promoting regional training system and managing its operation.
6. Collaborate across internal departments to deliver what UK retail needs in terms of training content (Video/static/internal operator communications).
7. Collaborate & create with the EU retail training team to make sure our content is in line with the region’s direction.
Requirements:
8. At least 5 years retail training work experience, experience in electronic (3C) Industry is an advantage.
9. Strong ability in digital content production and editing high-quality videos and KV.
10. Experience in using the Adobe suite.
11. Capable of developing product training courses, having rich TTT experience and successful cases.
12. Fluent in both spoken and written English.
13. Good communication, coordination and team management skills.
14. Available to travel around the UK and internationally.
