We have a superb opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team. You will need to have a minimum of two years experience of working at Junior Sous/Chef de Partie level and be capable of running the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence. Proficiency in achieving food safety targets and familiarity with current food hygiene legislation is essential.
