We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing relationships, and driving sales for our products/services. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
* Cold Calling, connecting and building relationships with IT professionals
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
* Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients.
Client Relationship Management:
* Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to meet targets.
* Handle client objections and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
* Identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Sales Administration:
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and contracts in the CRM system.
* Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management review.
* Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
Collaboration & Communication:
* Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure a seamless client experience.
* Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.
· Experience:
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
· Skills:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proficient in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
