Responsibilities: Drive new business opportunities by prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals with Enterprise accounts. Act as the first point of contact for prospects to learn about the company’s portfolio of products. Manage the full sales cycle using a consultative, relationship-driven approach. Build relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-makers during discovery conversations, product demos, and solution discussions. Present creative solutions and clearly communicate the ROI and value of implementing the company’s solutions. Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets, and manage pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce. Continuously enhance industry and market knowledge to stay ahead of competitors. Qualifications: 7 years of experience selling SaaS software in the compliance, regulatory, or financial services industry. Proven track record of consistently exceeding six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles. Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills. Exceptional executive presence with comfort presenting to C-suite executives. Proficiency with SaaS sales tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.). Preferred Skills and Experience: Graduate of formal sales training programs (Challenger, Solution Selling, etc.). Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, or Legal fields is a plus.
