Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
* Lead and inspire a team of chefs, focusing on development and continuous improvement.
* Create and develop exciting, seasonal menus that reflect the unique flavors of St Andrews.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment in line with food safety regulations.
* Manage food costs, inventory, and suppliers to optimise profitability.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Head Chef or a seasoned Sous Chef ready to step up.
* Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to nurture and develop talent.
* A passion for using fresh, local ingredients and creating innovative dishes.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
