Job Title: Junior Sous Chef
Location: White Horse, Lincoln
Salary: £27,000-29,500 per annum

We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to work alongside our talented kitchen team. Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in overseeing the kitchen operations.
2. Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
3. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
4. Manage and train junior kitchen staff, supporting their development.
5. Contribute to the creation of new menu items, ensuring innovation and seasonal produce is at the forefront.
6. Assist with stock management and ordering.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Previous experience in a fresh produce kitchen is required (ideally at a Junior Sous Chef level).
2. A passion for food and the drive to maintain high culinary standards.
3. Strong communication and team-working skills.
4. Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
5. A desire to progress and develop within the culinary industry and grow with our team.
