As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure kitchen standards are met, overseeing a large team and promoting a culture of support and teamwork.
We are looking for a Sous Chef who:
* Understands the importance of working in a branded environment
* Can create a culture of support and encourages teamwork
* Is willing to challenge standards if they are not meeting required levels
* Has a passion for great food and service
You will need:
* Experience of managing orders, food stocks and forecast against occupancy
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
* Good financial knowledge to manage costs within the department's budget
