This stunning hotel in the Scottish Highlands offers a unique opportunity for a passionate Head Chef to create menus using the highest quality seasonal ingredients and produce.
The hotel has 14 bedrooms with incredible views over the surrounding countryside and a rosette standard bistro serving exquisite food.
Key responsibilities include:
* Creating and evolving menus using local, seasonal ingredients
* Fully responsible for the running of the kitchen and service
* Leading and motivating the team as well as encouraging a passion for food and standard
* Involved in tastings for functions and weddings
We are looking for:
* An experienced Head Chef with a proven career history
* Experience cooking within a rosette kitchen (min 2AA rosette)
* Creativity and flair with attention to detail and presentation
* Genuine passion about exceptional local food and ingredients
* Ability to lead, manage and motivate a team as well as work as a team player
* A logical and practical manner
* Ability to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and reasonable
