We are CH&CO, proud to take a more thoughtful, mindful approach to the food experiences we source, prepare, and present. We are recruiting for a Sous Chef.
Working hours: Monday - Friday at NHSBT Filton.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the provision of quality seasonal food while maintaining all standards of quality, food hygiene, and health and safety.
* Assisting the Chef Manager with the management of the kitchen and the kitchen team, including staff rotas.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Delivery of all budgetary targets, including daily and weekly finance and stocktakes.
* Responsible for covering for the Chef Manager at times when agreed.
