Venn Group are currently recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to be based in Elland near Halifax
This role is fully on-site Monday-Friday
The contract is initially for 3 months
The successful candidate must:
1. Have a confident telephone manner
2. Have an interest in the IT Sector
3. Be able to provide first line IT support to users
4. Escalate issues when they cannot be resolved initially
5. Document all calls, issues and resolutions received by the Service Desk
Previous IT experience is advantageous but not essential
