Bonus Potential: £6,000 annual bonus for achieving targets, with uncapped earning potential beyond that

Job Overview: As an Outbound Sales Executive at Travelnest, you'll be at the forefront of expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively engage with prospective customers through outbound calls and Google meetings, guiding them through the sign-up process and converting them into verified hosts. You'll be a driving force in supporting Travelnest's growth strategy, helping hosts maximise their rental potential, expected to convert 2-3 prospects per day.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage Prospects:Initiate conversations with prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend how our products can help meet those needs.
Manage Your Calendar:Schedule calls with prospects, drive productivity, and ensure you hit your daily sales targets.
Ownership of Customer Sign-ups:Guide prospective hosts through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless and successful experience.
Provide Expert Advice:Offer helpful insights and support to increase the likelihood of a successful sale.
Task Management:Prioritise and manage multiple tasks across various workstreams, consistently meeting targets.
Qualifications:
Eligibility:Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Experience:Sales experience, particularly in the technology or SaaS sector, is a plus.
Home Workspace:A dedicated home workspace with reliable, high-quality Wi-Fi.
Language Skills:Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, or French is a bonus (but not required).
CRM Experience:Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM systems is beneficial, but not essential.
