We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join a modern, exciting, and fast-paced leisure brand based in Manchester City Centre! This is an office-based role which is full-time and permanent.
The main responsibilities for this role would include:
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle
2. Implementing and creating recruitment strategies
3. Working with internal and external stakeholders and department heads to anticipate hiring needs
4. Refining systems, policies, and procedures
5. Creating job descriptions for roles and best practices
6. Working closely with HR
7. Managing external relationships with recruitment agencies and other third parties
8. Driving the employer brand initiatives
9. Providing reporting and insights on recruitment trends and market conditions
For this role, you would need to have solid experience working for a big international brand or similar in a senior talent acquisition role.
It is ideal for the candidate to have confidence, resilience, effective multitasking skills, and flexibility.
