Learning & Development Manager: Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the creation and delivery of engaging learning programmes, including induction and onboarding.
* Design high-quality training materials and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content relevance.
* Establish and maintain partnerships with external apprenticeship providers.
* Mentor and manage a team of field-based regional trainers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources.
* Oversee the maintenance and use of the Learning Management System (LMS) and enhance learning experiences through technology.
* Monitor compliance training, keeping abreast of regulatory changes and updating materials accordingly.
* Compile regular reports for the Senior Leadership Team on training progress.
