Working as an IT Service Desk Analyst, you will report to the Service Desk Manager, and provide a professional 1st line support service to external business users. This will involve analysis, diagnosis and resolution of user problems, as well as general administration duties. Much of the work will involve outbound calls and emails as well as inbound calls.
