The Role:
As a Sales Executive, your primary objective will be to sell the maximum number of vehicles while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, including associated products
2. Maximize profitability on all sales
3. Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and long-term loyalty
4. Educate customers on available options, accessories, warranties, and finance facilities
5. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the brand’s products, features, and pricing
6. Work proactively to follow up with prospects and generate new sales opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
1. Strong customer service and satisfaction skills
2. Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport easily
3. Experience working within a regulated or process-driven environment
4. Excellent organizational skills to manage customer appointments effectively
5. A proactive approach to prospecting and following up on leads
6. Full UK driving license required
