Job Requirements:
* Level 3 food hygiene
* Previous experience in creating and preparing vegetarian and vegan cuisine is desirable
* Willingness to help train and develop team members
* Outgoing with an interest in people and the community
* Proven track record in working to deadlines
Responsibilities:
* Menu planning and food preparation
* Ensuring timely turnaround of orders
* Line management of kitchen team
* Sourcing local produce
* Maintaining kitchen hygiene and safety standards
* Engaging with customers to develop menus
