Searcys are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive and convert sales opportunities for the Honourable Society of The Inner Temple.
As the Senior Sales Executive, you will manage and increase conversion of the venue sales enquiries and all revenue potential opportunities.
The Honourable Society of The Inner Temple, situated on the banks of the Thames, is one of the few remaining Georgian style event halls in the City of London. Teamed with its surroundings of a three acre private garden, the Inner Temple is one of Searcys' most exquisite event venues.

Job Description
Hours: Full Time, on site
Salary: Up to 36,000 dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Acknowledge enquiries within 4 hours and send quotations within 24 hours
* Lead site visits and conduct show rounds
* Prepare proposals and pitches to the Searcys and Inner Temple standards, ensuring best fit for client needs whilst maximising revenue and yield
* Provide a full and accurate handover to the Planning Team in advance of the event
* Manage and update the venue's CRM system, ensuring GDPR compliance
* Proactively manage the event diary
* Provide weekly updated forecasts and Business on the Books (BOB) reports as required
* Train, monitor and support the development of junior sales team members
* Manage the department's social media and blog schedule
Qualifications
* 2 years' experience within a commercial sales environment (event sales desirable)
* Proven track record in the development of profitable new business and key account management
* Demonstrable success in face-to-face negotiation and telephone sales
* Proficient in database management, CRM platform and event booking systems
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure
