Folk Recruitment are supporting Global Technology Organisation in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager based across the North of England. Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be responsible for all hires within a specific area of the organisation. In addition, you will manage a team of Talent Acquisition Advisors to support in the delivery of the TA strategy across the Business. Main responsibilities will include: Building trusted client relationships with key stakeholders across the specific function to establish needs, and advising on the best attraction strategies Management of all elements of the recruiting process; sourcing (using both internal and external channels including social media and existing networks), screening applications and interviewing Working with external suppliers for support with hard to fill roles, management of the PSL Assisting the wider HR team to provide a seamless onboarding experience to new starters Capturing Management Information to provide insight relating to market data, turnover, time to hire and retention rates, helping to forecast future hiring need Participation in a number of wider HR projects and initiatives relating to recruitment activity, such as the design of training modules for managers on all aspects of recruitment There is flexibility to work from home in this role, although in order to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders it is likely that you will work in the office 1 day per week as a minimum. Previous experience of working within a Corporate environment is essential and any experience of working within a Professional Services environment would be highly desirable.
