Are you an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for leading teams and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Our client, an independent boutique hotel is looking for a Hotel Manager to take charge and drive success across all operations.
The Role:
As the Hotel Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead, motivate, and develop a team of managers and their respective teams. You will play a key role in overseeing hotel operations, with a particular focus on Food & Beverage (F&B), while driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all operational aspects of the hotel.
* Develop innovative marketing strategies to boost occupancy, F&B revenue, and overall footfall.
* Drive sales and profitability in all departments.
* Lead from the front with a hands-on management approach, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Deliver top-tier guest service and maintain high standards across all areas.
* Inspire and mentor the senior management team and Heads of Department (HODs).
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven track record in senior hotel operations, ideally as an Operations Manager for at least 12 months.
* Strong background in full-service, independent, or branded hotels.
* Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and implement effective strategies.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
* Passionate about the hospitality industry and committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
* Ambitious and career-focused, with a drive to achieve excellence.
