We are looking for a head chef to run our hotel kitchen.
In this role, you will be expected to take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of our kitchen, which serves our bar and hotel.
Main Duties of the Head Chef:
1. Producing our menus to the expected standard.
2. Quality and consistency of every aspect of the service and running of the kitchen.
3. Keeping hygiene standards at the current 5 Rating.
4. Maintaining our currently excellent GP.
5. Working with the Hotel Manager to produce staff rotas and work to budgets.
6. Developing new ideas and driving the business forward.
7. Training and developing the team.
The working week will be flexible and allow the right candidate to use the team around them to create a disciplined, hard-working environment where all the staff are highly competent and can be delegated tasks.
