As part of this mission, we are seeking a talented and reliable Property Photographer to join our team.
As a Property Photographer at Crawford & Co Surveyors, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of both domestic and commercial properties. You will work closely with our surveyors to photograph properties that meet our standards for presentation and detail. Your primary focus will be on taking well-composed, clear, and accurate photographs; our in-house editing team will handle all post-production work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to assigned property locations and conduct professional photography sessions.
* Capture various shots, including exterior, interior, and unique features, as specified by property guidelines.
* Ensure that all photos accurately represent the property’s structure, layout, and ambiance.
* Transfer photos promptly to our editing team to maintain workflow efficiency.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in property, real estate, or architectural photography.
* Ability to compose images to maximise natural light, angles, and layout to enhance property appeal.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.
* Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to different property locations.
* Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with our team and clients as needed.
