It's growth-time as we look to scale from 60 – 100 heads and globalise the business with further expansion into Europe and America.
We are looking to expand our European offering and build a build a best-in-industry team covering Germany initially and growing into other EU countries.
We are already operating in Germany on a permanent basis through our GmbH, & have an established team and client base that can be leveraged by the Contract team.
This opportunity would suit someone looking to step up into a management role or an
existing manager looking for a greenfield build-out.
We currently have 2 experienced 360 consultants working the EU Contract market who you would manage and are looking to land 2-3 individuals into the team
that is sales focused from day one. We see this team growing to 10 + heads over the coming
12 months and for the role to quickly progress into a key leadership role at SR2.
Prior experience of successfully operating in contract functions in Europe and desire to manage & scale a team is essential.
We have a great brand behind us and see this as one of our biggest growth areas over the
coming years and a massive opportunity for the right individual
In this role you'll be:
* Building a best-in-industry contract team around you – we will give you autonomy and budget from day one to scale your team
* Cross-selling into our existing European client base
* Driving best practice 360 contract recruitment and self-sufficiency
* Reporting to our Sales Director and will be a part of the SR2 leadership team from day one

To do this role you'll need to be/have:
* Highly experienced in Contract 360 recruitment within the European Tech market
* Proven billings and a passion to build something from its infancy
* Willingness to start on the tools but have a genuine passion for leadership as the team
* grows
* A cracking personality and amazing communication skills
* A good human who always acts ethically & morally with honesty & integrity
* Has the ability to take accountability & the willingness to work hard & lead from the front
In this role you will get:

* 10% - 40% Commission on every placement – uncapped & no threshold
* Annual Bonus if you bill £150k+
