Our client operates this prestigious 4 star Hotel set in Rotherham town centre, Yorkshire, providing rosette standard dining in their 50 cover restaurant & Brasserie, alongside banqueting within the grounds and hotel of this stunning historic property.
We are working to recruit a career-minded Head Chef, currently working within a fresh food led kitchen, with experience in high-quality banqueting. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. Experience working in a multi rosette/Michelin environment, whether in a restaurant, hotel, or gastro pub.
2. Excellent kitchen management skills, including H&S, HACCP, wastage control, labour costs, and menu costing.
3. Strong knowledge of seasonal produce and the ability to utilize ingredients creatively.
4. The skills, knowledge, and desire to motivate chefs to strive for perfection every day.
