Sous Chef
Location: Oxfordshire
Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + approximately £8,000 annual tronc share
Experience: 2 AA Rosette experience required

* We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious Oxfordshire dining establishment, renowned for its seasonal, locally sourced menus and exceptional culinary standards, holding 2 AA Rosettes.
About the Role:
* As Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding dining experience.
* Working closely with the Head Chef, you will create innovative, seasonal dishes while overseeing kitchen operations, mentoring junior chefs, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate on menu development, bringing creativity and respect for the restaurant's culinary ethos.
* Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dishes during service.
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence.
* Uphold food hygiene and safety standards.
* Manage stock and control costs effectively.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in a professional kitchen with at least 2 AA Rosettes.
* A passion for working with seasonal and sustainable ingredients.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* A calm and professional demeanour, even under pressure.
