Key Responsibilities: Teach Drama across KS3, KS4, and ideally KS5 (KS5 experience is a bonus but not essential). Provide constructive feedback to support students' personal and academic growth. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the Drama curriculum. We’re Looking For: A qualified Drama Teacher (PGCE or equivalent) with strong subject knowledge. Experience teaching KS3 and KS4 (KS5 is desirable). Creative and engaging teaching style, with excellent classroom management skills. A team player who is committed to ongoing professional development and improving teaching practices.
