My client isseeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen of its fabulous Steak Restaurant and cocktail bar.
The successful candidate will lead a kitchen brigade of 5 and already have at least 2 years experience of working as a senior Chef with fresh ingredients.
The Head Chef roles offer:-
* Annual package of up to £45,000 per annum for a 45 hour contract
* Quarterly bonus scheme

The Ideal Head Chef will:
* Must have at least Sous or Senior Sour experience for 2+ years working with fresh ingredients.
* Must demonstrate longevity in their role with 2+ years experience.
* Ensure that the kitchen is kept to highest standards to ensure compliance with all regulations
