Key Responsibilities:
* Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Inspire kitchen staff to deliver high-quality dishes with consistency.
* Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet established standards.
* Assist with menu planning, inventory control, and ordering of ingredients.
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
* Train, mentor, and motivate junior kitchen staff to ensure their development.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role, ideally in high-end hotel or restaurant settings.
* Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
* Passion for food and creativity in menu design and presentation.
* Professional culinary qualifications or equivalent experience preferred.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
