In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
* Identify challenges and opportunities in the Commercial team and design data solutions
* Analyze workflows to find opportunities for automation and optimization
* Extract, transform, and load data into the EMR Data Analytics Platform ensuring data quality
* Develop and build user-friendly business intelligence dashboards
* Maintain a roadmap for data integration and visibility in the Commercial team
* Apply project management techniques to coordinate development roadmap
* Promote data, analytics, and business intelligence systems, showcasing their benefits

This role requires you to have:
* Degree-level education or equivalent
* Experience sourcing data from various systems, understanding data transformation and storage
* Familiarity with cloud data platforms, especially Microsoft Azure
* Proficiency in SQL and creating programming code
* Experience with business intelligence systems like Tableau and PowerBI
* Knowledge of data visualization best practices
* Project management skills for planning and executing data projects
* Ability to interpret business requirements and develop data solutions
* Initiative, leadership, and ability to handle multiple priorities
* Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
