Salary: 42K basic + 5K circa TRONC
Full-time, 50 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days

As Head Chef, you will report into the Group Head Chef of an evolving and ambitious venture looking to grow throughout the Cotswolds, neighbouring counties and London.
At the Harcourt Arms, sharing cuts of meat and whole fish, cooked over fire and in the Josper grill feature prominently, alongside an innovative bar snack menu championing British ingredients and pub snack culture. Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Group Chef, you will work closely with them in the implementation of the menu, contributing dishes and working on the maintenance of its standard and delivery
* Maintaining and forging excellent relationships with local, high-quality suppliers and producers
* Supervise stock control and procedures
* Overall daily responsibility for the daily kitchen operations, including training of more junior members
* Foster a culture of camaraderie and respect between all team members
* Ensure that the kitchen complies with all health and safety, food safety and hygiene standards
* Responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and used in a safe and correct manner
* Deliver a consistent level of service in a clean and professional environment
Qualifications and Key Attributes:
* Working proficiency in English is essential
* Previous experience in a Sous Chef role or higher
* Positive, can-do mentality
* Health and Safety and Food Hygiene Certificates (minimum level 2)
