Reward Manager
* 12-month Fixed Term Contract
* 37.5 hours per week

Medlock Partners are proud to be supporting a well-known Manchester based business in identifying a Reward Manager on a 12-month FTC.
This role would suit someone able to hit the ground running, someone who loves working autonomously in a fast paced and transformative environment. This person will have experience of writing Remco reports and will work closely with the CPO and CEO on the Reward strategy.
Our client is looking for someone to start ASAP.
Key Responsibilities of the Reward Manager:
1. Working with the CPO to develop and execute the company’s total rewards strategy, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and industry trends.
2. Oversee internal compensation structures, undertaking internal and external salary benchmarking where possible, to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness.
3. Lead on all share related activity across the business including the implementation of the Group’s Executive and Leadership share scheme plans.
