In this exciting role you will develop and manage all aspects of the MHE training operation for both Internal and external candidates ensuring the training delivered meets quality standards, and exceeds customers expectations.

What youll do as our Training Manager?

1. Plan, design and occasionally delivery FLT training to both internal and external customers
2. Manage a mixed team of onsite and offsite MHE trainers as well as office based staff with a focus on productivity and quality
3. In conjunction with the Customer Service Director create a business plan including marketing which meets all financial and productivity targets
4. Ensure all quotations are presented and followed up with customers in a timely manner
