As an Internal Customer Sales Support at Rhinox Group Ltd, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, playing a crucial role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will proactively engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure their overall satisfaction. High energy & passion and the ability to multitask are a must in our fast-paced, fast-moving team. Main Areas of Responsibility: Customer Communication: Proactively reach out to customers via phone to provide support, follow up on quotes, and keep customers up to date on products and services. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Provide accurate information about our products/services and address customer concerns with empathy and efficiency. Process orders on our Shopify, eBay, and US platforms. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and take ownership of problems, concerns, or issues and work with the customer to mitigate or resolve them. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services to assist customers effectively. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience. Proactively engage with customers to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the ERP and record notes of conversations on Pipedrive. Prepare and maintain reports on customer inquiries, feedback, and resolutions. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer insights and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Participate in training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices. Skills/Attributes Required: An enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service issues and offer unique and innovative solutions to each problem. Excellent customer service relationship skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong empathy and ability to understand the customer. Team player with a great work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and pays attention to detail. Experienced with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Previous experience in customer service or a related field. Previous experience in making proactive calls to customers focusing on a product campaign.
