Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Your Role as Technical Sales Executive:
Working closely with the Sales Engineer, you will process all enquiries effectively and efficiently, including quotation handling, liaising with the customers and following up quotations where required. All quotation information and communication will be recorded accurately and in a professional and timely manner. Calls will be handled effectively including overcoming objections and asking open-ended questions to determine customer needs.
Key performance indicators for the role will include:
1. Efficient enquiry handling
2. Accuracy of information
3. Maintain good internal and external relationships
4. Provide consistently high levels of customer service
5. The control of internal action notes
What You Bring to the Table:
1. Previous sales experience, in a similar role dealing with a technical product
2. Be an effective communicator with both internal and external stakeholders
3. CAD experience is preferred - to help with technical knowledge
