We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Junior Sous Chef in the Clayton Hotel Glasgow

Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations.
2. Ensure food preparation meets quality standards.
3. Supervise kitchen staff and delegate tasks.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience in a similar role.
2. Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.
3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
