Previous experience in a similar Head Chef role, ideally within contract catering
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team to deliver consistent results
A passion for hospitality and innovative culinary skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to inspire a team and develop a progressive, positive working environment
A solid understanding of profit margins, purchasing policies, budgeting, and food costing
Experience in stock and waste control
Strong knowledge of food management systems (HACCP, Food Safety, Health & Safety), including Natasha's Law and allergen management
