Service Desk Analyst We urgently require a Service Desk Analyst for our prestigious client on an initial 6 months contract Responsibilities - Initial triage of tickets Logging tickets in Remedy with all relevant detailed information Identifying issues, apply fix if known Escalating tickets to relevant team if unable to resolve Password resets for various systems including Active Directory. Updating drivers on laptops Investigating faults within applications Supporting Audio Visual equipment based on Microsoft Teams Supporting desk setups Desk side support visits to end users This role is INSIDE IR35 and requires being on client site in Hampshire 5 days per week.
